Poll identifies least green britons

Car salesmen from the West Midlands are the least eco-friendly
people in Britain, according to a recent poll. Conceived by power
company npower and a psychologist from the University of Leicester, the
Green Net Aptitude (GNA) scale found that people’s personalities,
background and surroundings determine how green they are. The study of
2,455 people, also found that women were greener than men, people from
Yorkshire are more likely to save power or recycle and that drivers of
heavy Sports Utility Vehicles are more likely to recycle or use
energy-saving lightbulbs than drivers of smaller cars.
